Construction has begun on Lodging and health center, much work to be done, looking for carpenters and contractors to do standard building method construction on a variety of buildings as well as roofs. Compensation depends on experience.
Grapevine Oasis:
Former guest ranch for horse lovers this property has 8 casitas and cabins, a certified commercial kitchen, a pool, dinning room, reading room, game room, and more. Oak woodland park like setting.
We are opening up some casitas for rentals at this time while finishing construction on the conference hall. About an acre of greenhouses are on order and will need installers and nursery workers.
We have an event planner who will need an assistant as well as other resort industry jobs available once events and weddings are booked. Winter is high tourist season in AZ.
Construction and skilled labor needed the most. landscapers and gardeners as well. lots of opportunity here as an entire watershed drains through the property. Volunteer Village has been planned and needs implementation; Yurt building and communal kitchen building needed for volunteers and wwoofers.
Compensation depends on experience and job. Volunteers will be given food including organic mushrooms and other produce from the properties and will be provided with a place to sleep. Interns will have the opportunity for commision based compensation as well as a stipend after the first season.
