Anyone in Arizona with land to share?

Hi, we have almost 200 acres under a non-profit. We are looking for people to live and work and build a community. We are located within the Cochise Stronghold SE AZ.

We can offer housing and food and the opportunity to learn and implement many skills (electrical engineering to fiber arts to carpentry to mushrooms, greenhouse, sprulina etc).

I have 3.66 acres of open rangeland, north of Kingman along Hwy 93 (to Las Vegas) In Northern Mohave County, AZ.
It is Zoned A-R.

I am in the process of contacting my absentee neighbors to see if they would allow me to joint-manage their adjoining open range acreages.

It's not quite as flat as it looks.
