This is just an FYI folks ... Any citrus cleaner ... Do not spray it on ANYTHING plastic ... It will eat into it and leave marks. But it is a fantastic cleaner for just about anything else. My old friend "Jay" was a brilliant crazy scientist ... Made me a bottle of citrus cleaner with oranges ... I had a stack of CD's in their cases sitting on my kitchen counter and I accidentally got some of the spray on them when I was cleaning off my counter. Big mistake! It eats into the plastic and leaves marks all over it. And this was a bottle of vinegar and oranges.

S Bengi!! Thank you thank you!! Your answer is what I'm looking for! I'm in the woods most of the morning cutting for my winter. I have a Remington electric chainsaw ... And two battery powered B&D saws. They are my biggest issue ... My electric works the best and I've decimated everything my "cords" will let me reach. So I'm thinking solar in the back of my truck for a couple more hours might get me what I need. Plus that probably all I'm physically able to cut per day anyway. I have 4 ... 80 watt panels and a 1000 watt comptroller that I use at my cabin... But the panels are old and huge and heavy.

Something that will run a chainsaw and some of my electric tools ... I have a few marine batteries ... Needed advice on type of panels that would be portable and sit in the back of my f150. I just don't have the money to invest in new equipment. I would rather spend it on a solar setup ... I'm a old girl living in the Ozarks on my own ... So this stuff can't be too heavy.

Holy Moses Boys and Girls ... why wouldn't you do this as a Kickstarter?! Are you kidding! Insects, gardens, soil ... ecosystems within your own area, what is not to love? Of course you should do this! I too ... do not live in Montana, (wish I did!) ... A video would be very helpful! Thank you so much for asking me to join this conversation ... I do so love standing on a soapbox! 🤗

Bread Machine Panettone ... without a doubt is my favorite bread machine recipe! So easy and turns out every time! I make this bread throughout the year but I make a lot of this bread and send it out at Christmas time. Everyone loves it!
Put the following ingredients in order so the last thing on the top is your yeast.
3/4 cups of water
1/4 cup of coconut oil softened or you can use butter
2 beaten large eggs
2 tsp of vanilla ... (I make my own using Madagascar vanilla beans and vodka)
3 1/4 cups of flour ... I use "Montana"
1 1/2 tblsp of organic sugar
2 tblsp of powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp of fresh grind Himalayan pink salt
2 tsp yeast
I have an Amazon bread maker. It has 14 different settings on it and I use number five which is sweetbreads. On the second knead ... add a half a cup different kinds of raisins and dried cranberries. Most of the raisins and the dried cranberries are already sweetened and you may have to find that you have to cut back on the sugar just a hair to get it not over proof. But it would depend on your bread maker. The very first time I made this bread it over proved and ran out of my bread maker what a mess! So the next time I cut back on the sugar and it turned out perfect. If anyone needs any help making this bread please let me know! I'm always happy to help! And just FYI this particular loaf that I took a photo of, I pulled the dough from the bread maker on the second Rise and threw it in my large loaf pan and baked it ... Just to see if I could ... this is how it turned out.

Good morning "Folks"! Happy day to all!! Bone broth ... difficult??? NO WAY! I have a special reusable silicone freezer bag that I put all of my discarded vegetable ends and veggies that have gone a little South ... (nothing rotten or moldy) ... I store them in the freezer until I have enough to make a pot of bone broth. A small amount of bones or a large amount of bones the only thing that matters is the size of your crock pot! I dumped all of my vegetables that I've been saving, and the bones that I decided to use ...  chicken is usually what I have but ... turkey bones make the best tasting bone broth. Most of my vegetable savings end up being onions and celery ... because that's what we eat a lot of, but I put almost everything in there ... Except cabbage ... cabbage makes it bitter. Fill it to the brim with water. I am not a salt user, So I leave that part of it up to you. Turn your crock-pot on high for about 6 hours and then turn it to low for the next 24. Then I get out my strainers and my jars and I jar my bone broth and put it in the fridge because I use mine within a few days. But you can can this broth and it works out beautifully! The reason that you want to make bone broth???  THE MARROW!!. ( just FYI for all of you out there that don't know this, the morrow in bones is where the gelatin comes from and is the texture you are looking for, and though it may not look desirable when you poured into your cup once you heated it turns into liquid and it is just delicious!) It is really good for the digestive system and it helps repair a lot of your internal workings. I am 61 years old ... I have not had a cold or a flu since I was eight! And please don't tell Paul because I have no desire to be his experiment! But this way of living really really is good for all of us!
