The $25 level gives you one of:
- 2 physical copies
- 1 physical copy and 3 ebook gift codes
- 6 ebook gift codes

Which would you prefer? Once you let me know I'll let you know how much extra we need to cover shipping.

Art, old friend, you could come out here and pick them up yourself.  It would be good to see you.  Or, maybe we could meet in town at a restaurant and catch up a bit.

Paul: Great! We can figure delivery out when the books are back from the printer. It looks like the Kickstarter funding period is over; I can't find a way to add more money or change gifts on Kickstarter, so let's keep things simple - just put me down for the $15.77 bundle.
