I use a $100 dollar washer spinner from Amazon for my clothes and leech it to my driveway. I use barely any detergent use sun on black water hose to heat and wash clean to dirty. I made the whole winter 7b without hot water washing from water heater. I do use more water but way less detergent and have great clean clothes.

I live about 2 hrs from Asheville and got my own place but this could be really good for some young peeps Asheville area is where it's at.

I have an acre lot with a couple of small gardens and I love white clover. I bag mow my lawn and take nutrient from areas where it is not be needed to areas where it is needed. White clover spreads by stolons and seed. I've noticed when I spread grass/clover clippings especially this month (june 7b) with good rain tons of clover bloom that I get white clover popping up from my grass clippings deposit as long as they are thickly dropped. So I try to strategically bomb white clover around my yard to propagate and like to do this before it rains. Works a charm for me. I keep strips unmowed for the bees and let the clover kinda lose color 10 days~. I think its great ground cover yard, farm, whatever, loves my blackberries. 1 problem is that I'm Buddhist and try to not take life and those bees all over my yard make mowing so slow lol bumblebees get out the way good but honey bees you almost have to go around.

To draw this out further what are the ramifications of groupthink juvenile groups in our grossly neglected public systems. Goodness excellent post.

I have several Blackberry plants and a june bug/japanese beetle issue and I use the dish soap/water container and hand swat/push the bugs into it as described previously.I got on this asap and I seem to have caught very many juveniles trying to mate this last week and they seem to go to the same places. I find them to be very manageable.  6/15 seem to start-in my zone 7b west of Charlotte-didn't see any today 6/24.
