Hey, here is what we have come up with to build on our property. We are a couple weeks away from hitting the ground running as we are just finishing up on the military base as Jeremy is being medically released.

Welcome to you too :). I had a place just north of Napanee a few years back but Mapleberry Farm is in New Brunswick. I am still on base at CFB Trenton awaiting my release from the military though. I will definitely check out your log as well!

Thank you for the kind words :). We thought that Mapleberry was a fitting name for the property considering the maples and blueberries both being there, we love it. I feel like moneyball is pretty much what homesteaders do anyways after I thought about it a bit haha. I truly believe the 10% / 90% thing also!

Good luck with your maples, its been a couple years since I made any syrup myself so hopefully all goes well on my end too :).
