Your Lymph nodes may get swollen, and painful. Take a look into how to do self lymph massage to keep the toxins leaving your body. The girl below has a series of videos on this. Beware, you may want at look into what conditions that could make the massages dangerous, some heart troubles, etc. The below video is helpful to me with banishing a "headache" located in the lower jaw.
