Hi, new to the community here- but I've been smoking and preserving meat for a while.
I wrote a blog for Todd Alan Woodcraft who makes cutting, serving and charcuterie boards on what some of the basics can be for a board.
Its simple, not a hard read and its basic- but it gives a good basis for people getting into Charcuterie.
