Are the tickets to SKIP transferable to a future event if someone buys one but ends up unable to attend?

I think I understand - thank you :) I see that tickets are still available to SKIP since paypal just gave me the option of paying early bird pricing (which I understand to mean that the SKIP event is not waitlisted yet - correct?) .  I'm new to permaculture and really motivated to meet people, bang out some projects and gain some skills, so it may be simpler to just pay in order to secure the opportunity for this summer.  That would be fine, too. Thanks for your assistance!

Hello.  I'm interested in the SKIP event in July. Is that also waitlisted and do I need to get on the bootcamp waitlist with $100 payment for that?  If you are still looking for workers for the bootcamp event, I'm open to arriving early to work in exchange for a SKIP ticket.  Have lots of free time and a desire for lots of skills!  Thank you.
