Myself & another lady run a non-profit (to share sustainable tips/knowledge) in East Tennessee. We had land use permission where we are but before we could get in a land trust/life tenancy the owner passed away. The heirs do not share their father's vision. So we must leave. We have greenhouse/camper,  to move. We have had no luck finding suitable property to buy/share & we are running out of time.
If anyone would be interested please let me know. Or spread the word. As time is of the essence.

Your worry is founded one. I work/live in a similar situation. After working for 2 years we verbally agreed that I would have lifetime tenancy rights/land trust & before it could be drawn up by lawyer the landowner passed away suddenly. His children inherited it through descendancy. They do not care what their father's wishes were now I must leave the land I love & cared for. It is not easy finding somewhere to go especially with structures to move, all the homesteading tools etc. I will insist on a land trust agreement after agreed upon trial period if I embark on another group endeavor.

I currently live in East Tennessee also. Have been living the lifestyle but recently landowner died so have to move . Keen interest in medicinal plants etc. Have 2 rvs, generators & various other equipment & tools to further such an endeavor. 55 female. I would love to chat with you.
