Myself & another lady run a non-profit (to share sustainable tips/knowledge) in East Tennessee. We had land use permission where we are but before we could get in a land trust/life tenancy the owner passed away. The heirs do not share their father's vision. So we must leave. We have greenhouse/camper, to move. We have had no luck finding suitable property to buy/share & we are running out of time.
