I bought my dream property 5 years ago, need help! have a well, fresh mini waterfall water, across from lake, great fishing, hunting, area to grow, no garden yet, 1 tiny house done n rented to pay mortgage, 2 more onsite, 1 winterized, one 60% done,,alot of materials onsite, 2 electric poles and well feed alot of spots but alot area primitive,  rainwater collection supplies, outlaw septic hoe dug have most supplies to finish, tons of seasoned wood on land andwood to harvest and build with. walnuts, bkackberries, autumn berries, paupaus lotts greens to harvest from woods in season.  Need help, will share all in exchange for right loving peaceful community...wanting to start..have knowledge, tools, lay of the land. elmwood tn. if interested..email about youselves and send your #. usoffgridadventures@gmail.com
