My name's alex and I'm just a forest fairy trying to plant some seeds of love in the world. I just recently got my permaculture design certificate and am searching for community, friends, and a place to grow some roots! My biggest dream is to build a homestead and sanctuary for plants, animals, and queer and other marginalized folks to be with nature and eachother. If this is something that interests you or if you want to be friends in general hit me up!
My name is Alex. I am finishing up my permaculture design course and will have my certification at the end of August. My dream is to build an intentional community that is part permaculture homestead, part sanctuary/retreat for queer and other marginalized folk, or anyone who wants to live a simpler, happier life taking care of momma nature and eachother. Thing is- I don't feel like I have all the skills or resources I need to realize that dream just yet. I'm so grateful to have found this forum- and would love to hear from you if you have similar dreams and want to co create together, or if you know of any permaculture, farm management, or homesteading internships, jobs, work trade, etc.

Sounds like you've had some time building good experiences so far and found a worthy goal to work toward!
I feel as though I've read some other folks building or looking for gay permie communities, but I don't know the current status. You could probably search through the community or singles listings and find them.
Good luck and share your permie experiences with us as you go!

My name is Alex, I am a 27 yo gay male from Southern Indiana, but have been alllll over the country now on a journey to find "home". After years of travel, I have realized that really it's the people that make the place.
