This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the wood badge in tool care.

Bandsaws are a great way to get some exercise and cut trees.  While a dull bandsaw gives you even more exercise, it's no fun.  Let's sharpen that bandsaw!

Sharpening Band Saw Blades By Hand

Video description:
"No need to keep buying new band saw blades every time they get doll, in a few minutes is possible to sharpen a doll band saw blade by hand with a file, this is a simple way to sharpen small band saw blades at home. The final result is very good and it takes very litle time and efort to get the job done!"

To get certified for this BB, post photos or a two minute video of:

 - close up of edge of a bandsaw
 - mid-process with all sharpening equipment used for the bandsaw
 - close up of the sharpened bandsaw blade

Once upon a time there were three bears. And they were visted by a golden haired tiny ad:
Support permies and give beautiful gifts to gardeners: permaculture playing cards.
