Forge a Beautiful Axe - metalworking.wood.prettyaxe PEP BB

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the wood badge in Metal Working.

For this BB, you will be making beautiful axe!

Here is one way to do it:


Point range 4 to 12 points.  A typical submission will earn 4 points.  Something amazing will be 8 points.  Something a dwarf in Lord of the Rings carries will be 12 points.

Minimum requirements:
  - Forge the axe head (the handle is a different BB)
  - Hard and sharp edge
  - Pretty enough to earn the admiration of other blacksmiths

To document your completion of the BB, provide the photos or video (<2 min) of the following:
 - The supplies you're starting with
 - Partway through the build
 - The finished beautiful axe
