Custom HVAC Ductwork 20 Feet - metwalworking.wood.hvac PEP BB

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the wood badge in Metal Working.

For this BB, you will be making at least 20 feet of custom hvac ductwork!

Here is what it might look like:


Minim requirements:
 - at least 20 feet of hvac ductwork
 - not using parts from the big box store and fitting them together
 - you can use parts from the big box store and turn them into something custom by modifying them

To document your completion of the BB, provide the photos or video (<2 min) of the following:
 - The supplies you're starting with
 - Partway through the build
 - The finished custom HVAC ductwork (at least 20 feet)
 - Describe what is custom about your job and why you had to go through the trouble
