It’s entirely possible to improve your skills at caring for the tools that will make many of your tasks possible despite the limits of your location. PEA Tool Care focus’ on smaller tools that can be worked with inside of an apartment. This includes a bike, which can be stored in a corner or closet when not in use if there’s nowhere outside to keep it secure.
