How to Plan an Event - Project Management Training


The minimum requirements for this BB are:
- Set up a fair
 - For example: Earth Day, Blue Grass music, Art, Harvest Fest, Fancy flea market, etc
 - At least 200 attendees
 - At least 6 vendors/booths
 - At least 2 presenters/workshops/artists/scheduled singers
 - At least 1 food option
 - You are the primary driving force that made the event happen.
 - You must have done more work than any other single person to make the event happen.
 - At least 4 hours long
 - 200 attendees = 20 points, 1 point for every additional 10 attendees, maximum of 40 points total

To document this Badge Bit, provide proof of the following as pictures or a video (<2 mins):
