Craft a miniaturized solar water pump - PEA BB electrical.sand.pump

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Electricity.

In this Badge Bit you will make a small pump that is powered by the sun (or a light).



Minimum requirements:
  - Uses a solar panel
  - Can pump water at a trickle or stronger
  - Project involves cutting/splicing wires, not just plug-and-play
  - Does not need to be a permanent installation, think science fair...
