Touch-up Paint on a Vehicle or Outdoor Equipment - PEM BB tool.straw.paint

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Tool care.

This is modeled after the PEP BB at the Wood level so you might be able to harvest that BB as well: Touch up paint on a vehicle or outdoor equipment

Sometimes things need repainting. For this BB, you will touch up paint on a vehicle or outdoor equipment.

Minimum requirements:
 - Clean and sand area
 - Apply primer
 - Apply well matched paint
 - At least 5 spots

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - Each of the five spots before you start
  - Each spot primed
  - Each spot painted
