Lynn's practical preservation ebook walks you through the process of preserving your harvest with her preferred methods for a range of common fruit and vegetables in a handy guide.

Excerpt from the book:

There are 5 basic ways to preserve food to eat when they are out of season - canning, dehydrating, freezing, cold storage and jam or jellying. Making jam or jelly is usually for fruit and not vegetables. Some vegetables do not preserve well and are usually only eaten fresh.
I would like to share my personal experiences with preserving enough food for the family for the year.

Lynn has run the greenhouses and gardens on their large farm for the last 30 years. She cans, freezes, dries and root cellars the families food for the year. She is the author of three books, “How to Grow All the Vegetables Your Family Can Eat,” “Cinder Block Gardens” and the latest, “High Performance Gardening”.  She is also the creator of the Leafy Greens Container Garden & Abundance Garden Courses.
