This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the Straw badge in Metalworking.

Bikes are neat ways to get around but can we haul lumber on it?  Not unless we build a bike trailer!

Here's a gentleman making one:

Minimum requirements:
  - Make a bike trailer, predominantly from metal
  - At least 8 square feet of carrying capacity
  - Has a pivoting connection to the bike
  - Not from a kit

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The project underway
  - The completed project
  - Close up of the pivot
  - In use with a load on the trailer

Wait for it ... wait .... wait .... NOW! Pafiffle! A perfect tiny ad!
Switching from electric heat to a rocket mass heater reduces your carbon footprint as much as parking 7 cars
