30 year old fella of slender stature building a single acre permaculture garden and sustainable farm in Central Kansas is having difficulty finding like minded, attractive, spiritual-not-religious women to communicate with.

Learned of permaculture from the Permies videos about two years ago. Head over heals since then. Thanks Paul! Just found this singles forum today. Thanks again!

I guess I should have read a few of the other posts before laying this down, but, it is really pretty simple... Email me with questions, lets chat - mor4humanity@live.com.

This might be a stretch given my location, but... Make it happen, right!

Well hi Lee,

No, I am not thus far... But, I visualize company everyday, so patience right? I have been on several of the dating sites for awhile too, the girls are just so tied to this system of materialism.

I moved in a year ago in October, so a winter of planning has had my spring and summer concentrating on the garden spaces. Specifically on building the soil, no till, only forking, layering carbons/greens, and killing small patches of Bermuda. I have planted a considerable amount in spite of the first years soil conditions, so squashes, melons, sunflowers, peppers, tomatoes and a dozen others are all thriving. However, alot of blossom deaths from the heat and wind, and watering is a daily chore for sure. Miss a day, it would all be dead. Last years tomatoes (different area) never developed at all, I am afraid of the same this year...

I am also setup for solar, basic 12v light system through house, plugs, inverter. I could be using it now, but, I am waiting till a get a real battery setup. Slow sand grey water system for the clothes washer, 1/3 acre of 'timber,' and a railroad potbelly stove. Next spring come chickens and goats, the fish pond (tiny), and too many projects to mention.

CSA farmer,,, like an urban cooperative or something? Ive heard of it, not sure what it is though? Your posting is amazing, you've got skills girl!

Of course I'd like to talk. Email me anytime, or keep it here, whatever.

Hello again from Kansas. I wanted to come back here and change this up, give some details, and a pic or two. So here we go.

I have spent the last two years building a one acre poly/permaculture homestead with technologically current comforts. The project is spectacular so far, though far from 'done;' as if it ever will be. This is my main passion in life, and I am currently working on spreading these principles through my community at varying levels for varying comfort desires. All in the hopes of spreading the homegrown ideologies society needs. I utilize solar - I have heritage White Rock chickens in a maturing sustainable paddock system - I experiment with seed selection and saving - I burn a lot of wood in the winter (thus harvest and chop a lot of wood) - I ferment foods like pickles, okra, devils claw, and sour kraut - the homestead fire pit is a central area here - my never-tilled experimental gardens are transforming the subsoil into fertile nutrient rich beds - fruit/nut trees and bushes are maturing - water catchments and run ways are fully operational - and I have not even started the main 2/3 acre yet...

Things on the list of to do's include: Passive heat, water tower, cold frame, grey water, pot belly pigs, pond, rocket mass dining bench, solar dehydrator, and many more. This is all called a retirement plan, or insurance for those weak of reality... though I doubt I will run into that here.

I have a large funny bone and insist laughter is medicine. I am a serious person much of the time, but, I must and do love to play. Joking, tickling, wrestling, cuddling, laughing,,, I am a man, and those are things real men do with their lady.

I eat %85-%90 Paleo because I know our food is nutritionally lame, laced with poison, and wheat is terrible for regular ingestion. I hunt for many species of wildlife then eat them, same with fishing. Venison is a staple, rabbit without white cysted livers, dove, pheasant, squirrel, I keep trying to get back to the Rockies for an elk hunt, and crawdads from a clean source are fine by me.

I have a metal side to me. Not just musically, but I am a welder as well... comedy... I wrote and screamed for a metal band for a couple years before realizing the waste of it and the stresses on my family. Heavy feeling music is still a personal like, however, I dig on much of the world of music today, including some of the smart/awake rap that has been surfacing. TOOL is my favorite band, though its tough to put them above Pink Floyd... And I can even handle some country.

Spiritually: I know all Abrahabic religion is a farse based upon our ancient traditions of nature worship and astrology. With that said, I pick from the branches of all trees and Jesus the man, plays as big a role in my spiritual life as Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Maynard James Keenan, or Jacque Fresco. Millions of Jesus figures exist at any given time.

My taste in women is rather refined and I am confident in what I want. I need a confident, strong, outdoorsy, thin or athletic, highly intelligent, mentally stable, honest and upfront women. I will chat it up with anyone though, as long as the conversation is real.

I like working on my personal philosophy and the concept of truth, pondering social engineering concepts, taking pictures in creative ways, I like marijuana but I'm not a pot head, psychedelics are acceptable for certain reasons, and red wine is my drink - Shiraz. I love hanging out with my two daughters and educating them about wonderful real skills, and the world they will and do live in. I am passionate about truth, societal sickness/health, teaching, parenting, sustainable practices, and correcting fallacy. I am a catalyst to boot, and if your wrong as my assessments show, my friction shifting tendencies will let you know,,, unless it is an inappropriate time too do so. Prove me wrong, and I will admit it without failure, every time. I have many smart ass comments on many units of systematic and societal reality, so your love of that is a big plus.

I don't have a TV other than the security television, but as far as movies/shows and pop-culture: The Walking Dead, A Scanner Darkly, Zietgiest, King of the Hill, the Matrix of course, X-files went deep!, and for comedy I have to say Carlin and Hicks of course. I only read Non-fiction informational books at this point in my life. I fulfill my social responsibility of knowing whats going on, thus alternative media is my friend. Tough as always, I take something from everything, and all from nothing.

I can come off as egotistical and hypocritical; egotistical because I am confident in my accuracy, (though, this pales in comparison to my regular tongue biting humility;) and hypocritical because I dare to see the shades of grey in this society of black and white... As I say, "hypocritical indeed, because black and white is the grey that I bleed."

I am a true INFJ, a true introvert, a true free thinker, and a true universal humanitarian. I have a %100 percent accuracy rate of no 'real' friends. Online in other parts of the country and world I find people to relate to with with ease, but this has not been the case for me locally. Thus my social life is rightly confined to my professional life in business. As a human I do need connection, and it would be nice to find people close by who don't either hate me for my view of my success, or are not so mislead/hooked that I have little patience for them myself.

I am what I consider semi-retired, and have been mostly self employed since I was 18. I run a very small vinyl lettering shop as my main income, though I like to keep it small and free of the time-wasters, thus, I do many odd jobs for long term clients to stay diversified. I am a a licensed fireworks shooter, I maintain an estate for a local family, and fill in the gaps working as a temp for many others. I tend to work an average of 20 hrs a week? Sometimes more, sometimes less.

I am a 'successful' and poor jack of many, and a bit of dork; a metal head cowboy and an artist of the land. If you are willing to have a conversation to see if we click, then feel free to say hello. Email me at mor4humanity@live.com, or a personal message through Permies, or for a quick hello this post will do just fine.

That's pretty detailed, but if you need more, find me at catalystcoop.com, that is my new Wordpress blog. Hopefully I will update it enough... For some reason I collect domain names...
