I think his advice also works when observing and contemplating nature but instead of catching a note to follow an entire symphony look into a bee that flies by or a gust of wind hitting leaves...

Thank you, Andrés, for this video and for your corresponding observations about nature. I agree with the quote entirely. During the pandemic I took to performing on my instruments in the forest; the birds and rustling leaves became fellow musicians, and some humans enjoyed it too. I’ve just discovered the composer, Max Richter, whose music is simple and very emotive - just like nature. He can be found on YouTube. Here’s a video of me playing music in the forest:
