This was my first time creating a new post on permits and I don't see what I wrote, just the pics so am posting again in reply.
Well, I returned last weekend from a deeply meaningful, adventurous solo camping adventure from IL across Colorado to Moab. I camped remotely on BLM
land which I've never done before. Lots of room to roam and let my mind roam as well. I realized my dream to live some type of
permaculture lifestyle (just starting to learn) needs to start moving forward now and I want a partner to share this life with.
I'm 49 yo, university business advisor, living quite rurally right now but in an apartment. I am very open-minded, tend to lean liberal with a healthy distaste for
politics after all we've been through. I usually get tagged as outgoing but am really an introvert as I get my
energy from peaceful time hiking in nature. I practice yoga every day, love to read (just finished The Overstory, beautiful tapestry of short stories centered on
trees) and cook (mostly plant-based). I am spiritual and not at all religious. Probably the last quality that I'd want to give up about myself is my sense of humor. So important to laugh at just about everything, eventually.
I am seeking someone who shares some similar interests, really seeks to deeply know one another through thoughtful, open communication, and knows himself well. I am open to where geographically and prefer to be near
water.
Oh, and must love dogs. I have a wee mini pin/chihuahua who is every bit as adventurous as I am.
