I live in TN and we are buying property later this year. For the last year or so I've been researching cob as a dwelling but this isn't what we landed on for a home.
If I build a Cobb structure as an art studio does it still follow residential building codes, even though I won't be living in it? Should I still get inspectors out to look at it? I've been doing research but haven't had experience with Cob myself.
