Growing broccoli microgreens is surprisingly simple and incredibly rewarding. The best part? You don’t need soil to get started!

By using grow mats, you can create the perfect environment for your seeds to sprout and grow. These mats lock in just the right amount of moisture, ensuring fast and healthy germination. Within a week, you’ll have fresh, flavorful microgreens that are packed with nutrients and ready to enjoy.

Curious about how to do it yourself? We’ve prepared a detailed article with step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.

I did an experiment this year growing in just water so I feel it is possible to grow microgreens in water.
