A quick look at the Tipi AKA "The Snow Cone". The RMH kept it at a toasty 72 degrees when I was there. It was a nice place to be at when the temperature outside is -4 degrees with a -22 degree windchill!

Dessert Time!!! Tonight I made some delicious clafouti a french dessert which is like a baked berry custard that is crossed with cobbler! It is delicious as was discovered when both pans were eaten within ten minutes of me pulling them out of the oven! Also I whipped up some Coconut Whipped cream! It didn't last very long either!

A great way to warm up after working in the -4 degree weather is by sticking your feet into the RMH pebbles. Tony says that conduction is the best!

So here is a key part of Paul's "Pileo" diet that I made today. We got the apples from our neighbors. I call the crust the "Aperture style" I think that it will go very well with the coconut whipped cream that I made!

So two days ago we slaughter one of the bulls his name was Robert Paulson. Today Oliver cooked up some beef heart (or as Paul likes to say bee fart). It was super delicious! Here is a beef heart and spinach sandwich on a home made bun!

The funniest part is that after I say that enough times and then you throw in that it came from a bull, Jocelyn has twice said "bull fart".

So this is the newest member of the project Augustus. He is an Australian Shepherd who is going to be trained to be a live stock guardian dog. Right now he is about 50% fluff and
50% dog. Here is a picture of him smelling PD's boot.

So a few weeks back Oliver and I came up with the glorious idea to make a giant sized hamburger for a celebratory dinner. There have been several birthdays here this week so it seemes like a great time to eat it! Banana for scale. Great job on cooking this Oliver!

Here is a picture of the lemon tree site. The berm behind isn't finished yet but the dry stack experts Emily and Tony have done a great job improving the inside of the sunscoop with a beautiful stone wall to help improve the heat retention.
