!!!! RV or Tiny Home hookup spot north of Asheville, NC

Hey yall,
My name is Katie and I live on 4.5 acres in Flag Pond, TN.  Just five minutes from the VERY EPIC Rocky Fork State Park and only 45 minutes from Asheville, 15 minutes from Erwin and 30 to Johnson City.  

I am building a retreat center/workshop space/campground.  I have an RV hookup right by my current house.  It does not have a septic hookup (it does have water) but you would have full use of the common areas in the house (kitchen and living area, bathroom and laundry room).  I can offer the hookup for an RV or a tiny home at 650 a month.  That includes utilities, water and high-speed fiber optic internet!  

I am a Weston A. Price Foundation omnivore…definitely not compatible with a vegetarian or vegan!   I have a passion for preconception nutrition (I teach online) and herbal medicine.   I used to live in Perú and México and speak Spanish fluently!

The land is really beautiful…there is a large garden and I’m prepping for larger beds next year.  At the end of the month the teaching kitchen / apothecary will be ready!!  And I’ve got a rocket heater cedar sauna we built last year that you could use this winter!! If you have pets, they would have to meet my dog and three cats first! I’m open to it but we’d have to discuss.

In full transparency, I get along better with people who didn’t get the Covid vaccine.  That was such a wild time for humanity…it was a before and after for my life.  I had a really hard time relating to people in the wellness space who thought it was a good idea to have the State demand compliance with an unstudied injection.

I wanted to put the feelers out if the right person was around and would even consider doing a work trade if someone had carpentry/building skills.

I never did get any of the COVID vaccines and I was never sick from COVID. I did still isolate myself pretty well. I don't know why so many who were vaccinated for COVID had problems they voiced to me or to any others about this not getting the vaccines. Why were they vaccinated if they had no protection against the unvaccinated, and they would still be getting sick? It was totally illogical.

I had to look up preconception nutrition. I would never tell you how to eat and you could continue with it. My way is not so different, I do not eat processed foods and this way I eat is really very healthy, I would answer any questions about it still.

I would really like to grow a lot the things that can be used for food, and some other things too. I am older but in good form to be active still.
