Wondering if anyone else is still watching people's republic of fermentation by sandorkraut? really been enjoying this one, been coming back pretty consistently. Would love to discuss with like-minded fermentos.

This is a link to episode 1: mrs. ding's pickles. can post links for further episode if the post generates enough discussion/interest.

Best,
James

Thanks for the heads-up on this.  I've made use of both his books over the years.  We regularly make several ferments including kefir, natto and seasonally lactofermented veggies of different styles.  Though we've been doing less of the latter less since a lot of salt has ceased to agree with me.  I'm missing the kimchee.

Welcome to both of you, you are certainly in the right place!! We are big fans of Sandor and of this particular series. I know it was a gateway for me in terms of my lacto fermented pickles. It is often cited around here....

Have fun exploring the fermentation forum! https://permies.com/f/129/fermentation

and i believe we've talked about this series in the following threads, at least, and they are somewhat related (all good reads in any case)
