i want this for thanksgiving

I suppose you must cut the straws to remove the jello?  It's an interesting idea that would go over well with pre-school day care lunches, IMO.

I was thinking that you would put the straws in warm water for a moment. 

I sent the link to a day care provider I know.  She likes doing fun things for/with her kids.  Maybe I'll get some feedback if she tries this.
