Good morning everybody . I've created a small plantation with 25 caper bushes , 2 of them are initiated out of seeds and the 23 out of branches . Caper buds harvested from the 2 first have inferior taste . Buds from the rest 23 are delicious . What can I do ?

The two seed-origin ones may have a different taste because they are genetically variant from the original plant(the cuttings will be genetically identical to the original, "good tasting" plant. )

As for what to do, keep propagating from cuttings!
Also, before pulling the 2 off-tasting ones, maybe let a few buds go and see if their berries taste alright?

I've never had any success propagating capers from cuttings. How did you do it?
