Fish soup recipe

Ingredients
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1 can (14oz) of whole or crushed tomatoes with the juice
8 oz of clam juice
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1 pound of fresh salmon cut into 1 inch cubes
spices like dried oregano and thyme
salt and pepper to taste
fresh chopped parsley to garnish
Steps
Step 1
Heat oil in a pot. Add onions and saute for 4 minutes, add garlic and cook for another minute. Add canned tomato and cook for another 10 minutes

Step 2
Add clam juice, wine and fish and seasonings. Simmer until the fish is cooked through for about 5 minutes.

Step 3
Garnish with parsley and serve
