I'm a big fan of Stefan.  His trio system is another way to approach starting your food forest. A combination of Stefan's videos and Toby Hemenway's, Gaia's Garden had a major influence on getting me started. This video is just a laid back walk-about of Stefan's permaculture orchard in Canada.

I’m a big fan of Stefan’s work as well. He’s doing amazing things in his orchard. I’ll check out this video today!

Haven’t yet read Gaia’s Garden but it’s on the list.
