missing pep ebook

I have not received my pep e book yet. it should have been in in my stuff but never arrived. please forward to rich@capecodportrait.com

There is a private forum where you can reach Paul and Shawn directly for Kickstarter support.

It might be the email is caught in the spam filter.  Try checking "my stuff" to see if it's there.

I see it in your account.  Under "gifts i manage"

I still cant get the pep e book from the account it is listed as pending I would appreciate your help.

It says "pending" because it is a "gift code".  

Grab that url and put it into a browser.  You will be using the gift for yourself.
