I have heard lots of good things about using spent coffee grounds, but not so much about using used tea.  It seem the tea is just as good, maybe a little better then coffee in your compost, worm bin and in the garden with some plants.  I have been finding lot of interesting things about and uses for used tea and wanted to share them with you.  I'm going to attempt to link a youtube video I found interesting, it's short and to the point.  I am especial excited because we drink tea and not coffee.  I hope you enjoy.
