Just happened to pass by this, they have a Facebook page but no website.  Maintained by volunteers mostly with work parties.  I believe it's free to the public for harvesting.  They have Maine varieties of apples, some Asian pear, herbs, cabbages, and yellow horn (aka yellow thorn, false macademia) according to their page and/or what I saw.
