Today as I was driving, I noticed a group of collards randomly growing in the median, right in the middle of town. I don't know if someone did some guerilla gardening, if they were spread by a bird, or appeared some other way.

They might not make it very long, as the city mowers will probably be making their rounds soon. But then again, maybe they will make it and even produce seed! They made me smile today either way.
