Here's a snippet from the link you offered:

I've looked into their methods and training.    Entities owned by the employees are very cool.

Did you know that Winco here in the USA is employee owned??? A great place to make sure to share the wealth if you have to grocery shop!

In Portland, OR there are now corporations that are created as "social benefit corporations" who don't have to follow the "must increase profits at any means possible every single quarter" rule that most public corporations follow.
