Just looking around on craigslist and saw This Listing

They are asking $5000 bucks, I think they probably picked it up through a tax sale so you could probably get it for less.
Cross referenced on google maps using the GPS coordinates, Looks like it is close to the interstate with good access. Power to the lot line, a large seasonal drainage that could be "earthworked" to slow and spread the water. Several neighbors and a couple of towns relatively close by. The soil looks like it may be a bit salty / alkaline so might be a drawback. On street view maps, it looks like there are many different types of trees and shrubs that grow in the towns nearby.
Looking at the Navajo county  website it looks like they are open to rain collection and alternative building.
I was really tempted to buy it but do not know when I would ever get a chance to spend time down there. So someone looking for a place in Arizona should check it out.
