Hello! I'd like to connect with others who may be interested in discussing purchasing an existing home as a live/work coop north of the SF bay area in CA to grow organic cannabis, hemp and food crops. My ideal scenario follows: Property in the Medicino County area that is at least 100 acres and no more than a hour's drive to the ocean. Resident members would all be over the age of 21. The area is not the least expensive nor is it the most expensive. From my initial search, this is likely doable with 10 people creating a coop to make the purchase. 5 or 6 people could live and work there and the other 4 or 5 could be investors. That could be altered for those who want a bigger chunk of the property or the investment oppty. 100+ acre property setting aside about 75 acres to farm. Organic food crops are least expensive to begin with and then farming could move into hemp and cannabis. I'm moving into the best chapter of my life after successfully battling cancer and I'm currently in the process of completing my PDC. I'm responsible, reliable, considerate, productive and enjoy the company of dogs in and out of the house....you should too. Creatives (visual art and music) are likely my best match but I'm also a science geek. If this initially sounds interesting to you, please email me to connect and talk further. Stay well and be safe!
