I have a clove based breath freshener spray for my dog that I really liked though the sprayer quit working.  I did some research and have developed my own breath freshener.

Her water bowl is large so I put about a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in her water.  Depending on what she is eating, I might add a splash of apple cider vinegar on her food and a slight sprinkle of ground clove.

As a treat, I give her chopped up carrots. Carrots help with tater buildup.

My dog looks like the one on the left and the one on the right looks like our first dachshund, who past away a long time ago
