I'm curious if anyone here can advise me on a county or area in the state of Ohio that has the least amount of building permitting for when one wants to build their own home, how they wish.
I'm looking to buy several acres and really want to build my own home/cabin as I see fit.
Any help would be appreciated.

I would look into SE Ohio.

I want to be 15 again …so I can ruin my life differently.
