I am new to this forum. Looking forward to engaging!
I am growing oyster mushrooms at home in coffee grounds. The spawn run is taking more time than expected... It might due to how compact the coffee granules are which makes air circulation quite challenging ... but I was also thinking that the temperature in the room might not be ideal...
The mushroom bags are under a bed in our spare bedroom which might not be warm enough. Would it be OK to put the mushroom bags inside a big traveling bag? It will increase the darkness and keep them a bit warmer... and I would not close the bag to allow air to get into it...Does that make sense?
cheers
