Fodder for chickens

So I use wheat and barley to grow fodder for my chickens all winter. It's easy to do and they go crazy over it. My question is about sprouting other things for them. I know BOSS is good for them, but what about sprouted? Or Flax seed? I sometimes mix some flax seed in with their regular feed. What about lettuce, rye grass, other greens? I'm just curious if it is worth mixing a few of those seeds in to my wheat or barley.

Our daughter sprouts her chicken feed though I have never asked her what she sprouts.

Any grass seed and other seeds of things your chickens like to eat sounds reasonable to me.
