Public Service Announcement: (in answer to questions)
User email addresses are default set to NOT show. Users can change this to allow others to see them.
Users can PM other users regardless of whether either has PIE.
Nothing permies does would impact the ability of one user account to send another user account an email.
We encourage sharing email addresses via PM rather than posting publicly due to privacy reasons but that's user choice too.
