Hey everybuggy -
all are welcome, but the main topic here is project pictures, report on progress, and yes, announce pizza-parties by anyone who has built their own version of Ernie's double-chamber oven.

We just finished a great example in Skagit Valley, Washington; looking forward to final updates in a week or two as our hosts remove the sand mold and start firing up their outdoor kitchen.

I retrofit a chimney onto my "normal" cob oven. Just doing that made a huge difference in how clean it burns even without the burn door yet.

Browsing the forums for the first time tonight. I've been thinking our first wood fired would be a stove as we don't have as much need for heat down here in AZ. I showed my fiance the pic of the wonderful frog oven and she loved it but commented, "Of course, ours would have to look like a dragon." So glad we kept scrolling! Wonderful and inspiring work!
