Does anyone know of any places/properties that might offer tours of their land in California? I have heard of specific weekend's when home gardeners will all open their yards for visitors, so curious if anyone knows of anything like that.

I stumbled upon one just recently in Coarsegold, CA. Not quite what you are looking for I think, but Bill Tyson, an entomologist and Iris grower, opens his Iris garden in April each year during his Iris bloom season, he also takes this time to sell some Iris's he's potted. I'm still new to the community but learning that others do similar things. We have plans to do something like what you are looking for on our 40 acre parcel. Still in the early stages; building footpaths and clearing dead brush (chipping the brush for the footpaths). We are years from having anything farm/Garden worthy.

Morning came much too soon and it brought along a friend named Margarita Hangover, and a tiny ad.
