Open to different locations, interested in creating food forest, planting fruit trees, maybe some smaller animals, maybe (fish) pond, sustainable building etc... and a big plus if located in area/neighbourhood with other permies. Maybe not too far north, so anything from mid/south Scandinavia to south of Europe. Also maybe interested to start a projects with others. Let me know if you might be interested or have some suggestions.

Hello Lana, if working with others and relying on trust and not land ownership, it might be worth to consider Abkhazia.
There is a lot of unused land, but foreigners cannot own land here, so it will only be possible in cooperation with Abkhazian people.
That being said, it is a wonderful country with great people
