I was excited to read that Alan Carter of Plums and Pignuts 'blog has written a book during lockdown, which is now available to buy see Plums and Pignuts.  This is definately going on my shopping list!
I've found Alan's 'blog very informative and although his clmate is not quite the same as mine, it is more similar than many other permaculture 'blogs around.  If you live in a cooler climate and want to develop a forest garden style you may find this book of interest too.

Just received my copy and have only read Chapter 1 Understanding Forest Gardens, but I've already learned some new things despite being interested in forest gardens for many years.

I'm looking forward to learning more about successful crops for gardens with shorter growing seasons.

Thanks for posting about it Nancy!
